PawsportTerms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Pawsport app, its web app and this site. By using Pawsport you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The app and your licence
Pawsport for iPhone is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where they differ, these terms add to Apple's; they don't take away any right it gives you.
Pawsport Pro
- Pawsport Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- What's included is described in the app when you subscribe. If a Pro feature changes, what you've already paid for runs to the end of that period.
Plans, answers and information
Pawsport's plans and answers are made with AI and from sources such as Google Maps, the web and official government sites. They can be wrong or out of date: opening hours change, places close, and entry rules for your passport can change without notice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it: visas and entry requirements with the embassy, and bookings with the provider. Pawsport is a planning aid, not a travel agent, and doesn't book travel itself.
Links to other services
Pawsport links to other sites, such as Trip.com, where you can book stays, flights, trains and more. Your booking is with that company, under its own terms. Pawsport may earn a commission when you book through these links, at no extra cost to you.
What you share
- You keep the rights to what you add: trips, notes, photos, guides and cats. When you share or publish something, you let Pawsport show it to the people you share it with, or to everyone if you publish it publicly, for as long as it's shared.
- Only share what you have the right to share. No one else's private information, nothing unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit, and nothing meant to mislead or to advertise.
- Anyone can report a guide, and you can block a traveller. Pawsport may remove content or access that breaks these terms.
- Group rooms are for the people on a trip. Anyone with an invite link can join, so share it only with them.
Using Pawsport fairly
Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of Pawsport or its server, scrape it, or use it to harm others. Free allowances are per trip and per day; using many devices or trips to get around them isn't allowed.
Your data
The privacy policy says what Pawsport keeps and why. You can erase what the server holds for your phone at any time from Delete my data in the app.
No guarantees
Pawsport is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for losses from relying on its plans or information, from bookings made with other companies, or from things outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will too, and the app will say so when a change matters. Using Pawsport after that means you accept the new terms.
