Common questions

How do I add a booking?
On the Today or Transit tab, tap Import and forward the confirmation email, choose a screenshot or PDF, or paste the text. Pawsport works out whether it's a flight, stay, train, table or something else and puts it on the right day.

How do I get my day on the Lock Screen?
On Today, tap Follow today. Your next stop and its time show on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Add the Pawsport widgets from the Home Screen's edit mode.

How do I restore Pawsport Pro on a new phone?
Open Pawsport Pro from your profile and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I cancel Pro?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pawsport. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

How do I delete my data?
In the app, open your profile and tap Delete my data — it happens straight away. See the privacy page for what is kept and why.

Trips and groups

How do I end a trip?
On its last day, Today shows End trip; once it's over, Wrap up. Say what became of the stops you never checked in: I went, Next time (saved to your places for that city) or Skip. Nothing is deleted.

What happens to a group when the trip ends?
It stays open for late receipts for a week after the trip, then locks itself: everything stays readable, and nothing new can be added. The organiser can close it sooner, or reopen it any time from Group (or the People tab on the web), and it gives itself another week.

A friend joined on the web and now has the app.
On the web, open People and tap Move to the Pawsport app. Their bills, votes and suggestions come with them, so they aren't counted twice.

Where do the visa and entry rules in Trip ready come from?
Official sources, read for your passport and the country you're going to, and shown with where and when they were checked. Rules change: always confirm with the embassy before you fly. Add your passport under Profile.
