A group trip, Kyoto in autumn, with five friends in it and the trip's board, money and map

01 — Join

Everyone's in from one link.

Send the invite on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Friends open it and they're in the trip, in their browser. Nobody has to download anything or make an account, so the friend on Android comes too.

  • A preview card with the trip's name and dates
  • Works on any phone or computer with a browser
A group trip, Bangkok eats, with its days on a map and the plan for each day

02 — The plan

One plan, not six versions of it.

The organiser keeps the itinerary and everyone sees it, day by day on a map. Want to add a place, drop one or move it to another day? Suggest it. The organiser takes what fits, and everyone's copy stays in step.

The group board: a meeting point notice and a poll on a day trip with votes

03 — Decide

Settle it with a poll.

Nara or Osaka on Thursday? Breakfast at 7:30 or 9? Post a poll and watch the votes come in. Notices, a "meet here" pin and photos go on the same board, so nothing gets lost in the group chat.

  • Polls with a photo, notices everyone sees
  • Share where you are for two hours, then it stops
  • Link the group's shared photo album
The group's money: you owe Mei and Aiko S$29.05, and the fewest payments to square up

04 — Money

Split any bill. Square up in a few taps.

Split evenly, by exact amounts, by shares, or by what each person had from the receipt. Say who paid. Pawsport works out who pays whom to square up, in your own currency.

  • Bills in baht, yen or euros, at live rates
  • A common fund one person holds, with a warning when it's low
  • A receipt photo on the bill
Bills in Thai baht, each converted, with who paid and each person's share

05 — Just say it

Type it the way you'd say it.

With Pawsport Pro, tell the group's assistant what happened and it fills in the bill for you to check and save.

Dinner 2,400 baht, Mei paid

A bill, filled in for you to check: Dinner · THB 2,400 · paid by Mei · split evenly.

Questions

Good to know.

More in Support.

Do my friends need the app?

No. They open your invite link and join in their browser, with no account. Friends on Android can join the same way.

Who can change the plan?

The person who started the group keeps the plan. Everyone else can suggest adding, removing or moving places, and the organiser takes the ones they want.

Which currencies can we split bills in?

Any. Each bill keeps the currency it was paid in, and the totals use live exchange rates.

Can we keep a common fund?

Yes. One person holds the group's money, everyone tops it up, and bills paid from it come out of it. Pawsport tells everyone when it's running low.

What if someone leaves the group?

They stay in the money, so what they paid and what they owe still add up. The organiser can also remove someone and decide whether they can rejoin.
